FINYON acts as the custodian of record. We hold keys, manage signing infrastructure, and assume custodial responsibility under our regulated permissions. Suited to funds, family offices, asset managers, and banks adding digital-asset offerings without taking on a custody licence.

Custody-assist

You hold. We operate. For licensed institutions that need to remain custodian of record. FINYON provides signing infrastructure, monitoring, and operational tooling under your governance, your keys, your audit trail. Suited to licensed custodians, banks holding their own custody permissions, and trust companies.

Tiered architecture

• Hot tier — high-frequency operational needs. MPC threshold signatures, sub-second authorisation, velocity caps.
• Warm tier — programmatic but lower-frequency. 2-of-3 or 3-of-5 quorum, FIPS 140-2 L3 HSM, same-day execution.
• Cold tier — long-horizon reserves. Air-gapped signing, multi-site key shards, time-locked withdrawals.
